Account Manager, Export Operations
We're looking for enthusiastic, high-performing, values-oriented and quick-learning individuals to join our office in North Kansas City as an Account Manager.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to maintain accountability of day-to-day Export operations.
The right candidate will manage workflow and dashboards to ensure the customer's supply chain process runs seamlessly, and all day-to-day tasks are completed.
You will learn how to quickly and accurately complete all the necessary actions to ensure freight is moved safely and on-time, including such items as:
entering and modification of orders, tracking and keeping customer updated on movement of cargo, arranging and monitoring pickup and delivery appointments with transport team, managing documentation as required, monitoring and responding to customer needs including resolving/troubleshooting issues, procure rates from our pricing team and distribute quotes to clients, audit invoices for accuracy and coordinate shipments with overseas agents.
The International and Domestic teams work together to secure drayage and/or first/final mile delivery and coordinating to ensure the smooth flow of goods not just around the country, but across the globe.

1-2 years of experience preferred in the transportation/logistics industry (import, export, freight forwarding or domestic brokerage.
