Steeplechase Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties Assist with maintenance improvement projects Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Perform work order requests Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal Maintenance technician skills:
Home repair or handyman skills Experience with painting Knowledge of pool operation and maintenance Willingness to assist with janitorial duties such as power washing, picking up trash, cleaning, etc.
Basic computer skills Ability to be on call for maintenance emergencies ScheduleThe work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a day off during that period plus Sundays.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
